OBJECTIVE

a leading technology company wants to host a virtual happy hour with new clients to further their relationship, with the attendees located in 5 states. the objective is to foster conversation in a fun relaxed setting, and to leave time for product questions at the end of the event.

 

METHODOLOGY

attendees were sent our happy hour package. the event was led by one of a virtual toasts knowledgeable hosts. the event was structured with introductions, a guided wine tasting, general conversation, and a 15 minute q and a on our clients product offering.

 

RESULT

the event proved to be popular! we hosted a series of 3 events with the same client partners, which resulted in our clients objectives being not only met but exceeded.
